Misspelled my name: Daniel Rowe Sears pulled up an old email address which I did not enter when making appointment. I tried to change several times online without success. The technician, Matthew, was great: friendly, personable and knowledgeable.

The technician was very nice. He asked questions and listened as I spoke. He was very fast at troubleshooting and solving the problem. He also explained to me what caused the problem and how to use preventative measures for it not to happen again. The fix was very simple, easy and done in less than 10 minutes. I only had to pay for the diagnostic testing because no parts were replaced. It was a bit pricey but I knew that while scheduling the repair.
