Justin and David were the repairmen we met. They were nice and seemed to be doing a good job. The AI in trying to get in touch with Sears Home Services is RIDICULOUS. I can't recommend Sears due to the problems with AI. After 10 visits (yes 10) The temp in my refrigerator is 52. And AI is making it difficult for me to get the documentation I need. You said call. That has been the problem. I can't get in touch with a real person
