Refrigerator
I had the other technician come in four different times and couldn't figure out the problem or as this technician figured it out and one minute ad everything already working in 30 minutes and also was able to tell me exactly what the problem was. The other nice thing as he brought a plastic mat to roll the refrigerator onto my hardwood floor, which kept it from damaging the floor, which I thought was extremely professional of him.
