Our experience with Jason was good. He arrived in the timeframe we were given once a real timeframe was sent. He was able to evaluate our problem quickly. He communicated his findings and shared with the warranty company for instructiona on how to proceed. Under the circumstances, it was probably the easiest and quickest results we could have gotten.
