The 5 star rating is for repair technician, Jimmy. He was friendly and did an excellent job. However, Sears appliance repair services rating is 1. They over schedule the repair technician and then rescheduled twice. Then when you're trying to get assistance, it's only through AI and text messages, which is not very helpful at all.
