This company is totally automated and horrible, there is no person to talk to. They missed their appointment window of 7am to 4pm without a single phone call from anybody. They then rescheduled my appointment without notice to another day that i was unavailable. This happened after i made my appointment two weeks in advance. this visit was a subscription provided service that was free. I am ending my service with them first chance I get.
