Received a 20-minute warning of their arrival. They arrived right when they said they would proceeded to look at my washing machine and unfortunately there's nothing wrong with my washing machine. It's all the way it was installed. It's an upright on a upper floor without a secure drain pan with a drain and all that adds to the vibration. He checked everything else out on the washing machine and said everything is fine and made a suggestion on how to reduce those vibration and suggested I contact the builder. Have them bring it up the code

Called Sears to come out and repair a leak in my icemaker on my Kenmore Elite refrigerator. I thought the flap wasn’t closing when ice was dispensed and was then causing the ice to leak out of the refrigerator but get like a chunk of ice at the top of the icemaker. The technician came in and showed me it was actually leaking from the top of the ice maker. He told me to fix it, they’d have to replace the whole door and the cost to fix it would be $1400 or more. He offered me warranties that would be applied to the fix after I paid to fix the door.. Considering the refrigerator is 10 years old and cost me $3500 10 years ago, I declined having him fix the door. As much I love this refrigerator, I’m better off getting a new one. I appreciated the technician’s wisdom, his professionalism and his warranty information. It’s also nice knowing I can call on Sears Alluance Repair since that’s where I got the refrigerator 10 years ago. It’s my second long lasting appliance next to my dryer that lasted 15 years.
