Scott took the time to explain what he thought was happening and was very patient with my questions and the fact that the dryer wasn't misbehaving during his visit. Hopefully the issue with the washer was resolved but time will tell. Bottom line, he was very helpful!

Edwardo is a knowledgeable technician, recognized the problem and ordered the parts needed for the repair. My only gripe is the service window of 8-5. Needed to take the day off three times. First day tech. came at around 2pm. Second day tech. was a no show. Third day was 8am. Perfect. I did not request any particular technician as you stated for the reason for the no show.
