I was very pleased with Gregg, and his assistant. They showed up within the projected time, and quickly diagnosed the issues. They took care of contacting my home warranty company, and provided them with the info to get my problems taken care of. Gregg is very professional, honest, and very good at what he does.

The technician support/expertise was always great. It was the rest of the experience that SUCKS. The initial repair started around first of December 2025 and three months later we are still working on the repair. Twice the technician reported no one home when someone was home. The text messages referenced in email are non-existent. Trying to talk to a person is the hardest part of all and usually no help. It should not take 3 months to repair a dishwasher. I am evaluating now whether it is worth keeping your service.
