Such a nice gentleman
I was surprised when he told me there wasn't anything wrong with my washer door and that it will relax over time so it can adjust within the latch. He could have lied and made up something to charge me for, but he was honest. It was such a welcome breath of fresh air. I almost wanted to invite him to stay for lunch, that s how mice he was, lol.

I feel labor was overpriced 300 for 1hr. How do you compute that and justify. Technically the technician was competent completed and washer is working fine!

Service with dishwasher
Justin worked on our KitchenAid dishwasher that was making noise and he figured it out within about 10 minutes. I'm so glad we don't have to buy anything and it's working again. Will definitely call Sears for future service.
