Great technician
Kyle was the best part of the experience. He told me some things about my AC unit no other technician has mentioned that was helpful. Sears should get rid of that AI; a liv agent would be great. Yes that is what it said "liv agent".

I hate this warranty company. I was unable to get a tighter window of time for my appointment. All they say is 8-5. That's ridiculous. I sat home all day waiting. The Sears repair man was fine.
