Amazingly communicative
Kyle was very professional. Oven was not working & he triaged- discussed possible issues, one noted problem could be with electrical outlet, so advised to get electrician to check 1st, then recall Sears— Likely a costly repair but appreciated and liked his approach & demeanor in discussing service.
