Chuck was great and worked so hard to fix my washer He was very efficient and Cared that everything was working before he left. However, waiting months without a washer was unacceptable!!! And cost me some money at laundromat!!! This had nothing to do with Chuck. He is a 5 star employee.

Clay was ontime, professional, personable, efficient, and apologized for all the hassle we experienced from Sears Service appointment cancelations, constantly changing appointments and taking a month to finally install the ignitor he provided from his van (since the one sent to me was broken in shipping!!).

New compressor needed.
John went above and beyond replacing the compressor in the refrigerator. He had to take the doors off the refrigerator to move it out to work at the back of it. He was here about two hours. He did an awesome job. I definitely would recommend him to do all of our work.
