I've been waiting for 3 weeks with another company to fix my oven door. They called to reschedule at a later date. Sears give me a date and kept it. Patrick fixed it in 5 minutes and showed me how to fix it if it happens again. Thank you for having him in your employ and do everything possible to keep him. He's an asset to your company and will be referred to friends and neighbors

Logan arrived on time and was friendly. My rottie loved him. He got to work and installed the part. The machine runs fine . He took a picture of the intake hoses and they appear to need replacing. He suggested what to buy and I will follow through with that. He also suggested running some vinegar through the cleaning cycle. I'm happy with his service.
