Lawn Tractor Repair
Laymon finished the repair on my lawn tractor in short order. He has been a number of times over the last 9 years and the most knowledgeable and the best tech we have had. It is unfortunate that Sears will no longer provide protection agreements on lawn tractors. It is also unfortunate that the offshore customer service does not support their techs I rate 0 stars for them. They lie to customers when schedling. Their objective is to promise what they can't deliver and you can never get a supervisor or manager to demand accountability.

Personable and knowledgeable
Dan was great! He was here early, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, looked over all the inner workings while he had our dryer apart, and inspected everything else to make sure all parts were in good working order! Cleaned dryer chute and other items, even took the time to go outside and look under our deck, to check out the dryer vent, to make sure it was working properly, and that there was adequate air flow going outside through the vent! Great job! Thanks Dan!
