Review of Paul on 5/20/25
Paul came out again to install replacement parts on our range. He worked hard at leveling the range to see if that helped the new parts not make noise. It didn't help. He took pictures and a video to record the noises being made to send to the appropriate folks. He is an excellent employee.

Excellent serviceman
The serviceman Shareef was excellent. However, my scheduled service was postponed several times and up to a week even though the replacement part was available. Unfortunately, Sear's repair communication AI assistant does not provide information about delays or does so inaccurately. One postponement was due to the unavailability of the replacement part even though it had been delivered to my house and there was no way to effectively communicate that to the system.
