An experienced and personable technician
John performed a diagnostic on my dryer that was rattling. He was thorough and kept me informed on what he was finding. He performed a fix but was not satisfied and continued the diagnosis, ultimately finding the cause in the Blower Motor and fan mounting unit. When I declined the repair due to the cost being g above the cost of a new unit (understandable due to the age of the Dryer) , John provided recommendations on makes and models that would fit my needs and also gave me areas to watch and clean in the exhaust vent to keep the new dryer healthy. I will return to Sears for my repair needs thanks to John.

Fidel was great but the AI phone experience was HORRIBLE. They changed my appointment several times, telling me it was because the parts hadn't arrived yet, but the parts had been delivered to my house directly and AI didn't comprehend that. A VERY frustrating experience. At least the tech Fidel was good though...once he was finally scheduled.

Good for his word. He was here when he said he would be here. Good worker. Having said this, I do have a complaint about your AI. I got 3 or 4 calls and they thought I lived in Pennsylvania. Crazy. Then today I was told by AI that my appointment would be next Thursday. They also told me it would be today on another call. I was also to.d that I owed a deductible for over $100. I had no deductible at all. Hector knew that we owed nothing but it was still a little unsettling. It would be much better if the client could talk to a human. But Hector was wonderful!
