Excellent expert service from people who love what they do!
First of all shout out to Ms. Hinn who trained both of my wonderful techs. In addition to Donald I had Austin. Both were courteous, knowledgeable and obviously love what they do. Only one of them put on booties like I know she trained both of them to do. 😜

Very very good, he put on the right parts that was ordered and never put on he cleaned up behind the last technician that came out and apparently did not know what he was doing. I hope and pray this will be my last time calling about the same thing. The parts was ordered. The parts were supposed to be used, and they was not used. this technician did the right thing and he should be recommended for this he should be promoted for doing the good job he did thank you.
