We had Jesse out today to look at our washing machine regarding an awful and irritating grinding noise it was making on the spin cycle. Jesse was amazing! He did all the basic checks to see if it was something simple or something super complex. Jesse was quick to asses the issue and was very informative on what was wrong and our options. He made good job and checking deep our ac, he found the root cause of the issue, however the home warranty Home choice make me pay another service call to fix the real issue, the appt is with sears again. Hopefully Jose C can go and make good job.
