We didn't have a very large repair, he came in, introduced himself, fixed the part in 5 minutes and was gone. Overall pleased with how it went.

I had Sears come out 4 times to fix my washer not draining. Ricardo came out the first 3 times, did the bare minimum, and was out the door in 10 minutes. Either a part was ordered, or he couldn't do it without help, or it was fixed (but it wasn't). The 4th time, lead tech Victor came. He took the entire washer apart, cleaned everything out, and found that no parts were broken, the filter simply had to be cleaned. Still, he spent 2 hours going through everything to make sure all was in order and I never had to see Ricardo's face again. Sears, reward employees like Victor. Customers, when Ricardo gets automatically assigned to your appointment, do yourself a favor. Reschedule it (you'll be waiting for something anyways) and request Victor. The job will get done. Now to catch up on 2 months of laundry.

The technician installed the parts with no problem. He was very professional. I have no problems with the tech but the way the company schedules appointments is ridiculous. If a tech misses an appointment, you are placed at the bottom of the list instead of being made a priority. So sad!
