Carolyn was very nice and knowledgeable. I was determined to get a new icemaker, but after she quoted the price to me, I changed my mind. My fridge is from 1993, but good grief, I could nearly buy a brand new one according to the quote. I think I'm just going to wait till the whole thing dies and then buy a new one. It still cools perfectly.

I was glad Sears sent Timothy both times he was the service provider. He diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner and furnace quickly and repaired the problems. He also did not mind answering any questions I had about the repairs. He was very professional and an all around nice guy. If I have any more repair needs please send Timothy. I encourage Sears to give him a raise. He deserves it.

Thankfully, Eddie ph'd to let me know he was on his way today. However, he arrived without the 5 parts that were ordered in Feb. & are already in the warehouse. Eddie said the parts were NOT in his bin. He understands I have had 5 "NO SHOWS" since Feb. 2025 after I rec'd emails that my appointments were confirmed. He set my next appointment for Jul 14, 2025 which I hope Eddie arrives with the needed 5 parts. There has been little communication from Sears about my washer which has NOT been functioning properly since Feb. 2025. I am disappointed that "AI's" communication has NOT been dependable when I phoned MANY times. My SEARS Master Protection Agreement covers until 9/30/20, yet it has taken over 6 months to get quality services for my broken washer!
