Mike is a very knowledgeable technician. He is polite, kind, efficient and actually showed up for all scheduled appointments, unlike the first technician I was assigned. The first technician pulled halfway into my drive, snapped photo of my house and left. I watched him do it.

The technician was great. He promptly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. However, our appointment to install the part kept being delayed even after several calls to find out why. The part arrived at my home 3 days after the technician ordered. As I explained to the call center. Apparently this company uses AI and our appointment kept changing. We went 3 weeks without a washer because no one noted the part had been received. I won't use Sears again.
