Mihibullah remived the bottom half of the refrigerator (where my frozen food was stored). He knew exactly what the problem was & thankfully he fixed it. I was very impressed with his work. I had other techs for different reasons & he was the only one who was really dedicated to his work. After he was done with this leak i showed him another problem that other techs couldn't solve & I want him to return so I plan to ask for him.

Tech was fine. But phone service terrible. Kept disconnecting, didn't send me to the Protection warranty person. Awful customer service. Sears was once a reputable company no more!!!!!
