Washing machine repair
Timothy was very polite, direct in what he was there to do, got to work and completed the task in a very timely manner. He told us what he did and what we needed to do before first use of the machine. We would use him again.

A local repairman replaced the washer lock, thinking that was the issue. He unknowingly set a lock on the control. Then he thought the control module was bad. Will from Sears diagnosed the problem quickly and now washer is operating correctly
