Fridgerator repair
Jake did an amazing job. The first technician came in March and told us to shut the refrigerator down for 24 hours. We did it, but it didn't solve the problem. Jake came in and took the fridge apart to find a manufacturer defect in the fridge. We are thankful for Jake going the extra mile. He is a 5+ in our book.

Sears texts were able to keep us updated on the technician's progress to our home for service to our dishwasher. Also, the technician was very courteous and professional while fixing the dishwasher at our home. Jason was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the cause of our dishwasher making a rattling noise—washer pump needed to be replaced. After ordering the replacement and returning two days later, he replaced the old pump and showed me it was going bad. Jason was very neat—taking care not to damage our wood floor. I highly recommend him.

Our tech (Nicolas) was prompt on arrival and quickly diagnosed the problem with our 16 year old dryer. Nicolas clearly explained the estimate including parts and labor.
