Sears home service review
My technician came on time and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and polite and gave me good advice on how to take care of my appliances. I really would recommend him very highly he represents Sears Home Service very well.

Good for his word. He was here when he said he would be here. Good worker. Having said this, I do have a complaint about your AI. I got 3 or 4 calls and they thought I lived in Pennsylvania. Crazy. Then today I was told by AI that my appointment would be next Thursday. They also told me it would be today on another call. I was also to.d that I owed a deductible for over $100. I had no deductible at all. Hector knew that we owed nothing but it was still a little unsettling. It would be much better if the client could talk to a human. But Hector was wonderful! Joel was pleasant and swapped out the parts that were sent to fix the ice maker problem. We will wait and see if that solves the issue. Stay tuned…
