Hussein provided excellent service. He drove all the way from Plano, arrived on time, and was professional throughout the visit. He thoroughly diagnosed the issue with my GE Profile microwave, explained what had failed, and took the time to educate me on proper maintenance and what to expect when it comes time to replace the unit. After experiencing a no-show from the previous technician, I really appreciated Hussein's communication, reliability, and willingness to answer questions. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood the situation before he left. Overall, he showed up, treated me with respect, and got me squared away. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Thank you, Hussein!
