Juan did a great job. Only issue we had was that the appointment was cancelled 3 separate times on the day it was scheduled, within 2 hrs of the estimated time of arrival. No fault to him or whoever was the tech who was supposed to come

My technician was upfront about my claim. Unfortunately the part needed to fix my problem was not available so he was unable to fix our problem. After it was referred back to warranty company a replacement cooktop is ordered & hopefully your company will install it.
