Sears texts were able to keep us updated on the technician's progress to our home for service to our dishwasher. Also, the technician was very courteous and professional while fixing the dishwasher at our home. Great Tech!
Travis came just when he said he would be at our home. My wife was impressed with his courtesy and work ethic. You see I owned a computer supply business and my wife was an Assistant Vice President with a bank with 7 branches under her. We both appreciate timeliness when repairs are required. Dishwasher Repair
Jason was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the cause of our dishwasher making a rattling noise—washer pump needed to be replaced. After ordering the replacement and returning two days later, he replaced the old pump and showed me it was going bad. Jason was very neat—taking care not to damage our wood floor. I highly recommend him.

Our tech (Nicolas) was prompt on arrival and quickly diagnosed the problem with our 16 year old dryer. Nicolas clearly explained the estimate including parts and labor.
