Vic quickly tested the main circuit board on our GE Profile dishwasher and verified it was ok. This confirmed the User Interface Circuit Board had failed. He quickly replaced the circuit board with a part that had been ordered. A quick test of the dishwasher functions confirmed the dishwasher was now operating correctly….

The service tech was very professional and informative. He was on time and fixed our machine without an issue. The issue is scheduling. The AI is a nightmare and I get conflicting messages with no human to talk to or 800 number. It is a terrible system and awful customer experience.
