Unfortunately, this is not our first experience with needing repair work for our GE product However, the experience we had required three visits. The repairman knew exactly what he was doing. He was timely, notwithstanding needed parts, etc. He was friendly. It was like working with the relative who is a born handyman. The experience was efficient and personable.
