My disposal was fine yesterday, but I just tried it for the first time since you came to fix my dishwasher today, and something is wrong with it. It's making a loud noise and something seems loose in it.

Samuel seemed very nice and knowledgable, however the ice maker is not working now since he serviced it. We need for him to come back... I checked the ice maker this morning and its still not making ice. I wonder if the valve to the water supply is shut off and he didn't turn it back on.??? The valve I think is in the back of the fridge. Please call and come back out.. Not Happy at all!!

The technician was Very professional and knowledgeable however, there are no parts available for the appliances. Therefore, my issue was not resolved. However, no reflection on him.

Luis was fine I did not have an issue with Luis. My issue is with Sears. My appointment was from 8 am until 12 pm. I have received several emails and text with Sears confirming the time throughout the week and on the same day of the appointment. At 12:30 when I had not heard from anyone I attempted to call Sears who connected me with someone from another country who I could not understand. I was sent to someone else by the name of Debbie. After I asked where the service advisor was she said just a minute and transferred me back to someone I could not understand. HORRIBLE SERVICE! After I hung up from that person without a resolution I received a text saying my advisor will show up between 1 and 2:06. At 1:50 Luis called to say he is on his way and should be by me in 25 minutes, it was 40 minutes. Again Luis was fine Sears sucks for NOT communicating properly and have people working the phone who don't know and don't care. Training is helpful...I would love to hear from someone of a higher pay grade to explain why that happened and why should ever use Sears again.

Richard was hey honest. He told me they don't repair my type of ice maker. What upsets me is that I did a chat with Sears home service and gave them all the information and they said they were reviewing my information to make sure they had the necessary parts to make the repair. I sent them pictures and the make and model number. But when Richard arrived he told me right away that they do not repair these type of ice makers I'm sure my First American Home warranty will not reimburse me for the 85.00 I paid up front to have it repaired Richard was good but Sears Home Services really disappointed me

We feel that Sears should know more on any products ; Since you sell them and all you need is a product name and picture and then some visits by your technician can be easy on them and your customers .

Apt was scheduled for 9-19 betw 8am-5pm that's ridiculous! Worse than the cable guy! I was told someone would notify me of a couple hour window as to when the technician would arrive. That did not happen. The technician received my apt at 2pm and I received a text at 3pm that my technician was on the way. This is horrible service! I set aside time to be here. My time is valuable and you can assume most other people feel the same. When my technician arrived, he was friendly but we did get into an argument and he threatened to leave. I was expecting a new ice maker as ours is not creating enough ice. He told me it's the coils that need to be cleaned and that's why the ice maker isn't making enough ice. I had no choice but to order the coil cleaner and if that doesn't work I'll be recalling for the new ice maker. We were in good terms when he left but not a great experience.
