It was a pleasure meeting Bill and having him in our home. He arrived and went straight to repairing our microwave. He was extremely knowledgeable. It was evident that he knew exactly what was needed. If possible I would request Bill for any and all repairs. Our GE washer broke didnt last Dec 2025. It's now 5-19-26. Over 5 months of no washer. Imagine that. Eight repair men have been at my house attempting to fix washer. Justin is number 9, he installed all the parts ordered except one and got the washing machine to finally be back in action. He knew what he was doing and I hope if I need any more repairs he is the tech that arrives.
