Juan has been to our home before and is excellent! He's a delight, on time, courteous and great at his job. I have constantly had to remind Sears that I never want AE repair people at my home. Only Sears folks. Sears is the best and has the best people. AE is terrible; bad attitude and ineffective. Sears hires top notch people and Juan is one of the best!
