Claudio came to check my refrigerator because I have a service agreement, and he did a great job. He was kind, friendly and knew his job very well. I really like that Sears is using A &E Repairs again. They have very competent people working for them! Great job!

To begin, this was the 3rd time i had made the same appointment. The first time I made the appointment and described the issue to the reservation agent (David) who included a note listing the parts the technician needed to bring to the appointment for the repair. No technician ever showed up. I tried to reschedule on the website and was given error messages saying my request cannot be processed. I called the following day and spoke to a very helpful agent named Marina who assured me that my appointment had been rescheduled and, again, described the repair needed. I got a text the following morning that my appointment was canceled. I made a 3rd appointment and again described the repair needed and what parts were required. The agent said the info would be included in the request When Travis showed up (on time) He was extremely professional and explained to me that the payment process described by the reservation system and website is not what the field office requires, which is for the service techs to acquire onsite payment from the customer. It's my opinion that this puts the service techs in an unenviable position and puts them in an undeserved line of fire taking the brunt of customers complaints about how this discrepancy. In addition, no information about the repair - I described 3 times to the 3 reservation agents - was included in his work order, so the parts are now on order and my repair appointment has been rescheduled a 4th time. Travis, the service tech deserves 5 stars. The scheduling and automated system are garbage and need some serious attention or you will lose customers.

Our service technician (Mohammed) was absolutely superb. He was prompt, and he called when he was on his way. When the technician arrived, he was courteous and professional in appearance. He examined our washer and clearly explained our repair options. The work was done quickly and with no mess or damage to our home or washer. He also checked the exhaust flow from our dryer upon request. Thank you.
