Tony was the first serviceman in over 11 years that actually addressed the issues with my freezer. They were not issues affecting the actual performance, but the freezer handle has been loose for over 11 years and he was able to fix where past servicemen said there was no way to fix. Additionally, the refrigerator door latches no longer latch and open independently. He looked up the parts and ordered the parts to fix the issue. THANK YOU TONY!!!! Best Service in the 20 + years I have had Sears Protection Agreements
