Yearly refrigerator preventive maintenance
Everything went well however my extended warranty includes a yearly maintenance to my refrigerator. I was asked after work was done if I would be paying for this service. It's been 2 years in a row with the same request. The reason I extend this service is to cover this expense. Not the technician's fault but I'd appreciate it in the future if the AI rep can correct this. Thanks.
