Manuel is exceptional. He displayed excellent customer service skills. He showed up on time, very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He didn't get annoyed when I asked questions while he was working. He explained what he was doing and why it needed to be done. He also told me what I needed to do on a weekly and monthly basis. Definitely a valuable employee.

Ernest was very pleasant, attentive, thorough in assessing the situation, and what I really liked about him is how he cleaned up the floor behind and in front of my refrigerator after maintenance cleaning. He even picked up a few things that fell behind the refrigerator. I was very impressed. I was confident that he knew what he was doing. I appreciate his years of experience and pride in his work. When he left, everything was working well. I started the dishwasher and left home to keep an appointment and run some errands. When I returned home, the dishwasher was off and had not finished the cycle. Ernest assured me that the dishwasher was fine and the problem may be the circuit breaker after all.
