The technician, Stephen, was on time and very thorough during the annual maintenance for the refrigerator. He changed the water filter, checked all the door seals, vacuumed underneath the frig & checked inside the frig to confirm tnat it is in great working condition.

He isn't aware of the service for my filters offer. I paid for about 3 years without receiving anyone . This has nothing to do with the technician, that is that Sears only receive IA information and nobody to talk to. I will have to cancel this service because is not worth it.
