I am not happy with the service

I asked to have the refrigerator fully checked out. All the technician did was check the temperature. I am not satisfied with the service.

POOR service

David arrived VERY LATE. His appointment time was 8 a.m. - 12 noon. He arrived at 1:15 p.m. and spent 5 minutes sitting in his truck, before he called to let me know he had arrived (I have security cameras and I saw him out my front window, to verify his arrival time---he told me that he was on the phone). He only worked on servicing my Boiler for 19 minutes. I have had previous techs work on my Boiler and seen them do a thorough job, which David did NOT do. I asked him about cleaning the cylinders, inside the Boiler and he said he had done so, but he DIDN'T . I can hear EXTREMELY well, and I didn't see nor hear the usual banging of the cylinders , as they are each taken out and individually cleaned and then put back in the Boiler. Nor did I see nor hear him vacuuming the inside of the Boiler, as the other techs have done. He received a call and told the person that called him that he'd be there in 15 minutes... he seemed eager to get to wherever he was going, iinstead of doing a thorough maintenance of my Boiler . I DON'T want him back at my home.

Terrible service!

We were very disappointed with the work that was done. We needed our washer and dryer cleaned because we started to notice stains on our clothes. The washer and dryer in the home are old, been in the house prior to us moving in 3 years ago. We have no idea if it has ever been serviced. We have dogs so we knew there was going to be hair and dirt and that it would be kind of a dirty job since we didn't know if it had been cleaned before. We did not want to take it apart ourselves as we are not familiar with it and did not want to break anything. New appliances are expensive and that is not an expense we can afford right now, which is why we chose this service. I understand the equipment had some stains it is old. When the work was "finished" there was still dirt in the agitator, it look like it was attempted to be cleaned. I didn't get to see the inside before it was put back together so I can only imagine what it still looked like. I asked if the clogged part that I didn't know how to get to was cleared up, because you could tell it was still clogged. He said he got it the best he could and scrubbed and scrubbed. I had to ask how to take the agitator out because I knew I had to go back to unclog it. He told me everything was good, he was paid, and he left. After he left I had to have my husband take out the agitator and it was still clogged and had left over softener and scum left behind. I was able to get it cleaned and clear. Then, we went to use our dryer. He said he vacuumed it and it was good to go. It was broken. We found a piece that was supposed to latch the front of the machine on the floor. We had to fix the front because of that latch and one of the bolts was stripped. On top of that he didn't even connect the vent. We also found a clip on the floor that we have no idea which machine it belongs to. The whole entire reason we chose this service was so we didn't break anything. I can only hope my machines last. Horrible! Do not recommend!

Washer regular maintenance visit

Ricky was pleasant but the first time I used the washer after his visit it leaked a lot. Didn't have any problems prior to his visit. Had to reschedule another visit for the leak. Evidently, Ricky hadn't tightened everything up!!!

Very unpleasant and rude

Tried to convince me that I should replace my washer and buy a new one. He asked why do you want to spend so much money on an old machine. I thought it was very rude. I would give him a -score if I could.

He called me and asked me was I having a problem with refrigerator. I told him no. I asked him was he going to do. He said probably clean the coils and could I move it forward and was thing's on top. I answered yes to both questions. I asked when I made the appointment what was the maintenance schedule. He stated all he was going to do was clean coils. Said he could show me. I told him I could clean coils. So he never came to house. I thought he would make sure it was running correctly and check temperature and ice maker and install new water filter. I need another technician to come out truly service this refrigerator. Do not send this same guy out here. Need supervisor to contact me or customer service.

Horrible person

This man was horrible. Very rude to us. He tried to sell an extended warranty and told us to lie about weather things were in working order. Also gave me his card and said he did side jobs if we ever wanted him to come back. He was very aggressive wanting us to spend more money to fix this old refrigerator than it would cost to by a brand new one. We asked him to leave. Then he sat in his car out front of our house for quite a while. I have his card for side jobs if you would like it

Washer's problem isn't solved

It has been taking 2 months back and forth visiting by 4 techs but still can't solve the problem of my washer. The parts of the washer have been ordered 2 times and I was told they were not the ones it needs. The techs came and gone 4 times. But no one told me what is going on.

Washer Broken

Our Washer is still not fixed. The repairman came by and adjusted the balance underneath the washer. But the vibration and constant pounding during the spin cycle is still broke. The inner tub is very loose and loose. Can a repair person come by and do I need to set up another appointment?
