Had to call Sears back to make another appointment

I paid for a full maintenance on my dryer which I was told included an exhaust maintenance. The tech said that it wasn't included and didn't do it. Since I wouldn't sign up for the warranty program he was in a rush to leave. Ever since the maintenance now my dryer isn't drying correctly. I now have to call Sears to send someone back out.

Frank went to our Refrigerator/freezer and realized he was here for the freezer only. Look for the serial number, and finally found it. He ask if the freezer was working, told him yes. He went on his way, never checked anything.

Technician was polite and did a thorough job checking the treadmill. However he left a part on the floor, so I don't know if it will affect the operation of the unit.

Frank was very cordial. He explained that he was not "going to clean" my washer/dryer and refrigerator. The reason for my acquiring your service was to have my appliances "cleaned". I already know they were in good working condition! Therefore I was mislead by your advertisement and I consider this to be FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I will never secure SEARS services again for fear of non compliance of stated service! VIVIAN METOYER

Annual maintenance HVAC - no show

Chelsea came through the guard station at 10:20am. My front door and garage door was open. She was a no show. Now there is a question about getting the annuals maintenance available on my plan. I waited all morning. I'm very frustrated!!!!!

Technician arrived before my scheduled time

I had to reschedule my appointment because the technician arrived before my scheduled time. The technician (Rodney) arrived at 11:36am. My scheduled window time was between 1:00pm-5:00pm. I was not at home when he arrived. He also did not call before he came to at least let me know that he was on his way. That is totally unacceptable. If proof is needed, I also have pictures of what time he arrived via my security camera.

The rating I have posted has nothing to do with Philip. He was very polite and understanding. I had requested a maintenance call for my washing machine. Unfortunately the company sent a refrigeration repair man. Not his area of expertise. I have since found out that "maintenance" and "repair" are two different departments and are handled differently. Those terms are very misleading. It was very frustrating to spend the day waiting for this person, who is probably very capable in his field, to arrive only to find out he can't do the work I needed done.
