Great experience
We got off to a great start when Phillip called and said he was going to be able to come a day earlier than originally scheduled. With a broken dishwasher, that's a big difference. While we ultimately declined the repair, Phillip was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. While he was there he did also offer us their protection plan, which we declined, but then asked about cleaning our dryer vents, which was something we actually had on our to-do list. It was extra convenient to be able to just get it done more affordably since we'd already paid the price for the service call. Overall a very good experience.

Timothy was very nice and he really knew what he was doing. He even found the source of the buzzing noise that has been driving me crazy. I couldn't tell where it was coming from. He told me exactly what to tell the warranty service because my system is only two years old. I am very grateful and pleased with the quality of service that I received.
