He didn't speak good English and it was hard to understand him and vice versa. It ended up working out ok but was frustrating for a bit

No concerns. I am not sure why it need to be a minimum of ten words.

The tech did a good job of locating and correcting the problem with my clothes dryer. However I had previously broken the exhaust tube. The tech said they only work on the machines not the connections. I am dissatisfied, because the job is not complete.
David T,
Elmhurst, ILSears needs to train their technicians better
It's not fair to the technician nor to the customer to have him service an appliance he has not been fully trained to service. I am always present and observe every technician's visit. Ethan is a nice young man, but he clearly does not have all the training needed to service the appliances he was assigned to do.

First, he arrived earlier than anticipated, which was great for me!! Second, he seemed very thorough in servicing my washer and dryer and was very fast about it. Very friendly too. Thank you.
Marie G,
Hacienda Hts, CACompetent But Angry
Tech appeared very competent, but was somewhat upset about having to do a routine service call when nothing appeared broken with the washing machine. Informed us that unless something was broken we should not call for a preventative maintenance visit under the Sears warranty. This was news to us and we would ask that Sears confirm this.

I could smell the cigarette smoke before he got to my door and I didn't want that in my home. He did not seem to understand the definition of " box " when I was trying to give him a history of my appliance and what it was doing now. He did not like my attitude and walked out. He should be fired.
