Preventative Maintenance for 6 appliances.:
Jonathan was both competent and caring. He thoroughly checked our dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, washer and dryer ,and made some necessary adjustments which enhanced their functions. We are grateful for his service today. and hope to have him back. Please note a general concern about preventative maintenance: our remaining 2 appliances, both refrigerators, were or are to be checked each by other separate technicians.- One was done today by another technician, and the other scheduled for another day. PLease, for future preventative maintenance, please schedule all 8 appliances on the same day, with one technician for both refrigerators. It's very inconvenient for us to designate separate days from 8-5 no less, when we have many other obligations. We appreciate your follow up with this scheduling problem. Mrs. Alvin Marx(Nola Marx)

Vish recognized that I requested my refrigerator to be cleaned, not diagnosed and corrected the error right away. Vish thoroughly assessed my dishwasher, diagnosed the problem and informed me of the cost to fix it. As the cost of the fix was almost as much as a new dishwasher, he understood when I decided not to have it fixed. Vish was pleasant and professional the entire time. He cleaned the refrigerator coils as originally requested. I feel he provided an excellent service.
