He inspected my dishwasher and gave me some care instructions that I did not know about.

The work he did was good but I expected more attention to the running of my dryer. Other tech. that have been here have taken the dryer apart and checked the drum and belt etc. I asked if he was doing any of this and he said no that was too involved. He just checked for lint build up and did some vacuuming.

Rodney as a person was great. However… we did not receive a call or text before arriving at 8am, your vacuum cleaner was broken and he had to use mine. My attachments didn't allow for deep clean of appliances…appliance internally are still dusty and dirty. Had to sign so many documents that I had no clue what I was signing, had to pay upfront for services vs. waiting to pay after work was done, got no update on what was done to each appliance, did not get a part # for issue found on dryer. Given the appliances are not to a clean standard, I would like a partial refund or someone to redo this work.
Alex B,
Greenville, SCWould've left dryer broken
The dryer started making this weird humming/grinding noise, which sounded like something connected to the rotating drum needed to be greased. I recorded a video of it to capture the sound. Of course when he came, the dryer ran perfectly with no noise. So I played the video for him so that he could hear the noise. He did thank me for recording it, I'll give him that. But his response after that was, "Since I'm here, I'll clean the dryer, but it's not covered under warranty." I agreed to the cleaning, to which he then proceeded to ask me if I had a vacuum, which in my opinion was unprofessional. You offer cleaning, bring your own stuff, but I let him use my little ryobi shop vac. While cleaning it, he discovered one of the rollers did need to be replaced, which he did. But the impression he gave, even if it was not his intention, was that if we didn't agree to the cleaning, he never would've taken the dryer apart and found out that a part that did need to be replaced, so he would've just left and we still would've had a broken dryer because he didn't hear the sound, just a recording of it.
Honora W,
Woodbridge, VATechnician did not give us any info about the system after i
The technician seemed ill prepared, he didn't have a ladder to accomplish his work inside the house. He had to ask us for that. He also after he finished the inspection, he didn't even give us any information as to the condition of the VAC system. he didn't tell us that it was in good working order. He didn't tell us it had any problems. He didn't tell anything. He just gave us a paper to sign that he was here and that was it so I was surprised at that because normally we would get some sort of information regarding the status of the system.

I expected a thorough cleaning where you take the machine apart to clean. Running a cycle and cleaning the lint out the dryer is not a suffice cleaning

Had me crawl under the sink to turn off water to ice maker. The system said he would arrive at 2:15. He didn't come until about 5. No problem if they would communicate, the "system" supposed to update the customer, but wouldn't. Sucky service , would of been so nice if they just didcwhs they said they would.
