Excellent service
Our repairman arrived and briefly reviewed what had been happening with our unit. When he finished, he told us we shouldn't have any additional problems. He left his work area neat and clean.

No complaints with the tech's work. My only challenge was that Sears gave a 9-hr window for the service. Who sits home all day for a tech. Most companies have morning or afternoon options which is more workable.
