Jose heard our concerns took the time to check and took action to get fix / done on his first visit ! Day after his visit the motor got replaced ! Had a bad experience with another employee didn't do effort to fix issue

Great service by Daryl. Very friendly, communicative and punctual. He listened to homeowners information about what was going on due to Sears sending a different technician than the first time. He did his own due diligence by doubled checking things for his own troubleshooting to make sure nothing was missed.

Richard finally arrived at my home to inspect and repair my issue. I have no issues with the work Richard did. I do however have issues with your AI scheduling process. My first appointment was scheduled on the 27th of April. I received a notification that due to changes in personnel I was offered a few options which I selected the closest date which was May 1. Never received a response back until I generated a text asking if it had been rescheduled, I then got another sms message asking me which appointment I preferred which I again selected May 1. I received a response letting me know that I had been rescheduled for May 4 then I received other SMS messages informing me I had an appointment scheduled for May 1. Another message came back later as a reminder of an appointment scheduled on the 4th. Not a reliable system at all. Richard showed up on the first and fixed my problem. Completed the invoice and left, Shortly after that I got another reminder of my scheduled appointment for the 4th. I responded back to that message cancelling it and now I have been asked to provide a rating, What do you think my rating will be?
