Bobby is great my problem is with the company. Not being able to talk to a real person is ridiculous. Leaving 7-10 emails and texts for the appointment is ridiculous! Very disappointed in Sears.

SEVERINO WAS GREAT. HE HAD BEEN TO MY HOUSE IN THE FALL. AS FOR SEARS, I HAVE HAD A MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR OVER 30 YEARS WITH THEM...THEIR COMPANY NOW SUCKS. THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN ONLY THEIR AI WHICH IS USELESS. IF I DID NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM I WOULD NOT USE THEM.

He gave me helpful hints to maintain operation of our units (A/C) and very easy to talk to. He deserves recognition and a bonus when possible.
