Jonathan was really nice technician , waiting for him to send the diagnostic to Choice Home warranty so we can move forward with this air condition . It is extremely hot with no air.

There was no communication with the distribution company regarding the terms of the contract. His visit to my home was not within the guidelines of the contract. He did not show up to my home as scheduled.

Trane HVAC Control Pad

It's been a month and my HVAC Control Pad has not been repaired / replaced. First the incorrect parts were ordered then the new Trane supposedly correct (Pad )did not work I was told that a 5th ground wire needed to be installed for the Pad to work the old Control Pad apparently had the ground wire integrated and the upgraded version did not. I want to know why this was not determined prior to part being ordered during diagnostic. On the positive side I have air but can't control the temperature buttons are worn.
