Bobby and his assistant were prompt and polite. They went about their work after inquiring about the problem with the air conditioner. Very helpful and gave me good advice. I felt he was honest and had my best interests at heart. A pleasure doing business with Sears and Bobby. With my other hvac company I never knew if they were being honest about my unit and what it needed, or if they knew what they were talking about even. Thank you Sears. When I need a new unit I will call on you.
