No issues with the tech...he was GREAT!!!!! It's Sears that's HORRIBLE!!! Second visit should have been a recall, as the motor installed during the first visit started failing within 30 minutes of replacement. Sears got the recall order as a new order and I had to pay for diagnostics and parts for something that they cover under their 90 day workmanship guarantee. Trying to speak to a person, 4 tries, all unhelpful. All with significant hold time and assuring me I would not have to pay, but could not modify tech's computer. I paid, will try to have Sears credit the Aug 12 charge, but will not get stuck in a hold auto attendant maze and will then deny the charge. Aug 4 000743542805986 Aug 12 000743542807884
