Kile is very kind, polite and professional. He suspects our intermittent problem is in a zone system. I the attic and gave us advise to help with the diagnosis if it happens again.

My air conditioner had stopped working. Garth did an excellent job diagnosing the problems, explaining what should be done and obtaining approval from Sears for an extensive repair. He worked methodically and efficiently to remove the entire "guts" of the air conditioner and replace the new parts. He carefully checked all the components, recharged the coolant and ensured that the unit was once again operating well. It took the better part of a day to complete the work. Throughout the process Garth was very professional and polite.

Donald came and looked at the AC and there was nothing wrong with it. The ducks in the vents were dirty and he recommended that we hire somebody to clean them.
