Tyler has serviced several appliances for us under our extended warranty. He is super knowledgeable, courteous, and always on time. However dealing with the Sears all AI environment to file claims and arrange service calls has become increasingly frustrating as a customer. Particularly the inability to speak to a representative for unique situations. Combined with the price increases, and the fact that we appear to have appointments bumped for cash on the barrel calls after staying home all day, we will be cancelling our longstanding contract upon its next renewal.
