Clay was very knowledgeable on repairing appliances. However your automated phone messages were of no help to me and you sent Clay to the wrong address in a bad neighborhood. Richard needs a human to check appointment details for the customer and for the repairman.

Excellent repair. Chris was polite, efficient and obviously very experienced. It was a complex refrigerator repair with more than one thing wrong, but he figured it all out. It's running better than ever I highly recommend him!

Well it was wait having first look see appt then order the products to fix the fridge and get appt to get it fixed. No points against Rancarlos, it just took a lot of wait time. When Rancarlos was here and working he was a great guy and technician, patient and friendly.
