Sears Preventative Maintenance Check
Technician who serviced our refrigerator was timely, knowledgeable, and courteous. The only thing that could be improved would be for Sears to provide an option to schedule a service call with a little more granularity. When the only option provided is to schedule the call for a 8 AM to 5 PM window, it's impossible for a customer to plan any other activities away from home for that day. Customers should not be forced to sit home all day waiting for a service tech to arrive. Providing an option to easily schedule a service call for a two hour window or a four hour window instead of an all day window would significantly improve the customer experience.

We Recently needed an oven repair. Marc, the technician, was very nice, professional, knowledgeable. 5 stars to him. But the appointment process is terrible. Once an appoint is scheduled, your time frame is between 8-5 on the day of appointment. Window never narrows for you to plan your day. Twice, my appointment was cancelled. First time at 4pm. The second time was 11:30am. I understand that there is a lack of technicians and appointments are being overbooked. I would rather get an appointment (if non-emergency) scheduled further out and be assured that someone will show up. It has been a very frustrating process.
