Mr Ward was the technician assigned to investigate/repair my electric clothes dryer. The issue was that the dryer was not emitting enough hot air to dry my laundry. He conducted a diagnosis and was able to get the dryer to perform satisfactory. Mr Ward was very efficient, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He is a credit to your company.

David was very personable took time to go over my machine and tell me what needed attention. He finished the work in a timely manner and everything looked great and was working like new when I went to cutting the lawn. I would definitely use your service again and would hope I would get David again.
