Called for service repair re: frig/freezer and given timeframe btwn 7a-6p. Ugh. But to my surprise Abdul arrived close to 9:30a (totally thrilled), quickly identified the problem, and was on his way to the next appointment in about 90 minutes. Personable, experienced and even offered to help restock my freezer!
