Casey was pleasant,helpful and professional. The part I would have needed was not readyly available and too expensive to special order and repair .The Sears representative who gave me the quote and info on the part was mistaken. I am not having my range repaired.

Considering the original email said he would be here today was updated to Tuesday. I was surprised to see him. With being said, Jim was professional and very knowledgeable about what he was working on. He was also very personable which I like. Since we have had issues in the past with techs from Sears, Jim was a pleasure meeting.

The experience with the company was terrible because you had me stay home 2 days rescheduling twice due to unforseen circumstances on your part which was an extream inconvenience for me and no one to call because it was AI generated, and I will not recommend Sears to anyone for appliance Servicing and it's a shame that your technician has to hear the customer's complaints
