James, excellent, scheduling terrible!
James was an excellent tech, effective communication, successful warranty fix, but scheduling is barely effective. Too many emails and no way to respond. Appointment between 8 AM and 5 PM is unacceptable.

When our washer broke we started frantically looking for anyone who could come fix it, and Sears was one of several companies we contacted. One company never showed up, another told us it wasn't worth fixing it and we should just get a new machine. Sears was by far the most professional. I appreciated the text and email updates, and Don was very thorough, friendly, professional, and informed. I feel like the fee was very reasonable and our washer is working great now!

Jorge has come to our house several times for different repairs. He is always eager to help and explains the problem with our appliance. Jorge always has great communication from letting us know when he will be arriving to answering questions we send on his cell phone. * the tech that came out before Jorge did a poor job and did not repair our issue with dryer Jorge took care of it during his follow up visit today.

After three weeks of scheduled appointments that resulted in no call, no show, this tech actually called, apologized and showed on time. Stacey = high five! Sears = do better! We can't even get you on the phone. American Home Shield had to beat you up a little to get it done.
